Prior to any Therapy / Coaching clients are offered a FREE initial consultation. This is a chance for the client to meet Lindy and to find out about the treatments offered and their application. It also gives the client a chance to say just what’s going on within their life, the impact this is having and the changes they would like to see themselves making. The client can ask any questions they may have and hopefully by the end of the consultation the client should have all the information they need to make an informed decision as to whether to proceed or not.

There are 3 levels of service offered. These will be discussed in full during your initial consultation session to find the one that suits your situation. Life Coaching Sessions can be Face to Face, by Telephone or Webcam.

	Gold Coaching Package The Gold Package is the ideal choice for clients who want or need to make changes but are not sure where to start or which direction to go in. As well as being dynamic in its approach, it’s also fun and interesting. Coaching Sessions should never be boring! 	Platinum Coaching Package The Platinum Package is the ultimate Success Coaching package. Designed for those who really want to step it up a gear and who want to do it fast! Get the Results you Really Want! 	*Field Sessions are available only for clients on the Platinum Coaching Package. This involves the client and coach conducting the session in the real world. For example, where a client has difficulty meeting and talking with people, the session may take place in a city bar (drinks on you!). During the 4-week block a client can have up to two Field Sessions.

If you are unemployed, a student, over 65 or in receipt of low income benefits, I offer greatly reduced rates. Please call or email for info.

Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (2% charge on credit card payments).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. If a booking is cancelled within the 24 hour period a charge of £45 will apply. If a client fails to turn up for an appointment and has not previously cancelled the full session fee will apply.
