Lindy Irving is a Fully Qualified and Leading Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Career Coach and Motivational Speaker. Lindy is also a highly sought after Confidence and Self-Image Specialist.

Lindy has also trained in both Thought Field Therapy and Stress Management, and is a certified Louise Hay Teacher.

As well as running a busy practice in Glasgow's West End, Lindy also frequently runs Workshops both in the UK and abroad and regularly gives Motivational Talks to Schools, Clubs and Group Functions. Lindy is also involved with local Charity groups and is in the process of developing a programme offering free Life Coaching to under privileged young people in Glasgow.

Lindy has been appointed as a Consultant Life Coach for the Droichead an Dochais (Bridge of Hope) Project in Belfast. This scheme aims to assist the North Belfast community towards better mental health, with a particular emphasis on those who are suffering stress and trauma as a result of the political conflict in the North of Ireland, and to help people cope with the stress and trauma of living in an area dealing with 30 years of political conflict and significant social and economic deprivation.

Lindy has also been appointed as a Consultant Life Coach with The Anti-Bullying Network in Edinburgh, a non-profit making charity spun out from the University of Edinburgh.
